Our minimum guarantee is for two years, we will repair or replace at our discretion with no charge any watch that fails due to any defect with the watch. After two years we will repair your watch for a small charge plus $7.50 return postage. All work is done by estimate first.
The watch industry standard is never to cover any repairs to the outside of the watch. Our policy is in line with that standard, we will however make every effort to keep repair costs to a minimum.

In our view after sales service is second only to providing a quality product at a fair price. If we expect our customers to purchase a second watch we must take care of the first one first.
